Returns & Replacements

ARTEMIS is delivered ‘As is.’ Purchasers receive all updates to the software for as long as the release is supported. Purchasers receive all upgrades free of charge for 12 months after purchase.

Purchasers are encouraged to keep their account information up-to-date as this information is used to notify purchasers of updates or available upgrades. Purchasers normally receive a discount for upgrades. Customers can update their information anytime by logging into the system and editing their profile.
